Micheline Goulart, MD
Micheline Goulart, M.D. is an American Board of Plastic Surgery Board Certified Plastic Surgeon based in Long Island and Manhattan. Dr. Goulart is an enterprising leader of a new generation of plastic surgeons, fusing elite surgical skill with a sophisticated, open-minded approach to patient care. Dr. Goulart has been recognized across the country for her outstanding work in cosmetic and reconstructive facial plastic surgery as well as breast and body contouring procedures.
Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Dr. Goulart completed her integrated plastic surgery residency from The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, where she trained under some of the best and most well-known plastic surgeons in the United States and around the world. Having worked and trained across the United States in both urban and rural environments, Dr. Goulart brings an approachable and understanding ethos to her practice. She has spent a considerable amount of time and research in the subspecialty of transgender/ gender affirming plastic surgery, and proudly helped found a healthcare advocacy committee in Memphis, TN to champion for better state healthcare policies.
Dr. Goulart especially enjoys performing Mommy Makeover procedures- helping empower other women to look and feel their best through corrective and aesthetic breast, body, and vaginal rejuvenation surgeries.
Dr. Goulart holds hospital privileges across the New York metro area, presents research to various medical societies, and continues to mentor medical students interested in pursuing the field of plastic surgery.

Dr. Goulart completed her training from the Integrated Plastic Surgery program at The Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH. Prior to joining the elite program there, she trained at the University of Tennessee. She graduated Cum Laude from University of South Carolina School of Medicine after earning her undergraduate degree Cum Laude from University of South Carolina with Dean’s List and President’s Honor Roll recognition.
